EXHIBITOR INFORMATION
SITES
Exhibitors will be able to set-up after 10:30am on
Thursday 23rd and Friday 24th October, 2008. All sites to be operational by
10.30am
Saturday 25th October, 2008.
OPERATING HOURS
The gates will open to the general public at 10:30am to 5:30pm on Saturday 25th October, 2008 and Sunday 26th October,
2008 from 10.00am to 5.00pm.

EXHIBITOR PASSES
All exhibitors will be issues with 2 Exhibitor badges and 2 free passes per day. Additional passes are $5 each.
POWER
The fee for power on site is $70.00 per outlet. (GST Incl).
240v single phase power is available. Please indicate if you
require power to your site. If more than 10amps is required,
written application must be made to the Secretary with your
application form. Drawing of more than 10amps without written
application will mean withdrawal of supply.
Please note that power boards and extension leads must be supplied
by the exhibitor if required. All 240 and 415 volt tool/equipment and electrical leads must be inspected and tagged by a qualified
electrician within 3 months of the event. Tags should be dated and contain the qualified electrician’s registration number.

PUBLICITY
Go Country! is advertised and promoted extensively
in various Local / Country weekly and monthly newspapers and
magazines. Exhibitors are encouraged to support these features
to maximise promotion of the event.
NEW RELEASE
PRODUCTS
Exhibitors are invited to highlight any new products / ideas.
The Board will endeavour to promote these products/ideas
by featuring them in any press releases and editorial used when
advertising and promoting this event.
CATERING
Catering will be as per current legislation regarding food handling
and will be organised by
Khan’s Management Group Pty Ltd.
Full catering facilities will be available for the duration
of the Field Days.
FOOD SAFETY AND PERMITS
All exhibitors selling food, beverages and providing food samples must include the following with their application form –
- a copy of the food safety program from your registered Council;
- completed “Notification of Intention to Sell Food” form ( attached );
- copy of your current “Food Act 1984 Victorian Food Registration Certificate”;
Note: Temporary Registrations are available from the Cardinia Shire if you do not have a current registration with a Victorian Council.
The Environmental Health Officers from the Cardinia shire Council will be in attendance during the event and will be ensuring that the above requirements have been adhered
to. The food safety program must be present on-site during the event. The program must include information to cover off-site catering events (e.g., temporary food stalls ).

approved Food Safety Program templates, contact the food safety program hotline on 1300 364 352 or Food Safety Victoria’s website at
www.health.vic.gov.au/foodsafety . It is the responsibility of the exhibitor to comply with all food handling guidelines.
The Environmental Health Officer reserves the right to stop sale of food items if an exhibitor is not meeting the health and hygiene requirements.
LIQUOR SALES
Exhibitors selling liquor must obtain a liquor license from Liquor Licensing Victoria. Application details can be found on their website at
www.liquor.vic.gov.au . The applications should be lodged at least 30 days prior to
Go Country!. Sales of opened liquor in stubbies and cans is not permitted, unless specified by organisers. All staff serving liquor are required to have RSA ( “Responsible Serving of Alcohol” ) certificates on display.
UNLOADING
A drive on/off ramp is available on site.
CRANE
A crane ( up to 2 tonne capacity ) will be available free of
charge.
LICENCES
Any person driving a tractor or vehicle at Go Country!
must have a current Driver’s License. Any person operating a
forklift or crane must have a current D.L.I. Operator’s License.
SECURITY
Security personnel from Total Management Protection Pty
Ltd ( TMP ) will be on duty on from 6.00pm Thursday 23rd
October, until 6.00pm Sunday 26th October, 2008. Limited
security will be available, if required, from 6.00pm Sunday
26th October to Noon Monday 27th October, 2008.
PHOTOGRAPHY
A professional photographer will be available to photograph
sites, equipment, etc.
RAFFLES
The conducting of raffles is prohibited.
EXHIBITOR
PASSES
Exhibitors will be entitled to 2 free passes per site booking
– additional passes will be available at $5.00 per day. Visitors
claiming to be exhibitors, without passes, will not be admitted
unless payment of the admission charge is made.
SPONSOR
PASSES
Sponsors will be entitled to the number of free passes stated
in the Sponsorship Package.
PROGRAM
Exhibitors may be listed in the official Program. Advertising
details in simple form and logo should be forwarded with the
Application Form by Friday 19th September 2008. Late entries and
acceptance of content of advertisements will be at the discretion
of the Secretary.
DISCLAIMER
It is a condition of being able to exhibit or participate at
Go Country!, its Board, its Executive Committee, sub-Committees,
members, servants or agents are absolved from all liability
howsoever arising from injury or damage howsoever caused ( whether
fatal or otherwise ) arising out of exhibiting or participating
at Go Country! due to any negligent act, breach of
duty, default and / or omission on the part of the incorporated
association, its Board, its Executive Committee, sub-Committees, members,
servants or agents.
